Ingredients
Bowl:
1 medium banana
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 cup pear pieces
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. anis powder
Toppings:
1/2 cup white currants
1/4 cup physalis. sliced
1/4 cup blueberries, sliced
1/4 cup kiwis, sliced
1 tsp. edible flowers (rose petals)
pistachio seeds (optional)
Instructions
Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.
Top with the fruit pieces, edible flowers, pistachio seeds, and additional toppings, as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
