Greek Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients
Yogurt:
600 gr. Greek yogurt
4 tbsp. honey
1 tsp, vanilla extract
2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
Toppings:
1/2 cup white currants
2 figs. sliced
1/2 tbsp. walnuts
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. pistachio seeds (optional)
Instructions
Combine the yogurt with the vanilla, honey and walnuts until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.
Top with the figs, pistachios, lemon zest, walnuts and additional toppings, as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
