Strawberries chia bowl

Ingredients
Bowl:
1 cup strawberries
½ banana
½ cup oat flakes
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp. agave syrup
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Toppings:
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 sliced fig
½ sliced banana
1 tsp. green pistachio seeds
½ cup strawberries
Instructions
Stir together the chia seeds, coconut milk and 1 tsp. agave syrup. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.
In medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil and add the oat flakes. Cook uncovered over medium heat 5 minutes.
Combine the oats and the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.
Top with the strawberries, the fig and banana slices, pistachio seeds, peanut butter, and additional toppings, as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
Good to know!
You can add honey instead of agave syrup.
