Chokeberry breakfast bowl

Ingredients

Bowl:

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 tsp. chokeberry (aronia)

  • 1 tbsp. coconut honey

  • 1 banana

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter

  • 1 sliced strawberry

  • 1 tbsp. cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 1/2 cup coconut cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all berries, banana and honey in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.

  2. Top with the blueberries, the strawberry slices, granola, peanut butter, coconut, and additional toppings as you like.

  3. Top with sweetener as needed.

  4. Serve right away.

Good to know!

  • You can add açai instead of chokeberry.
