Blueberry cashew tart

Ingredients
Base:
2 cups of mix nuts: pecans, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts
4 dry dates
4 dry figs
Cream:
2 cups cashews, soak overnight
½ cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup date syrup
1 tbsp. blueberries powder
Instructions
With a food processor combine all the ingredients for the base.
Place the mixture in a tart pan, pressing the firmly into bottoms of the pan.
Combine the filling ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Top with pecans and berries.

You can also soak the cashews for 4 hours instead overnight
Date syrup can be substituted for honey.
