Mango mustard dipping sauce:
3/4 cup mango pieces
2 tbsp. honig
3 tbsp. traditional mustard dijon
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste

1 cup cooked edamame
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls
2 purple carrots, peeled
2 cups lamb's lettuce leaves, washed
1 orange mini paprika, sliced
1/2 cup sliced sugar apricots, halved
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Mango mustard dipping sauce:
Place dipping sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Instructions
Bowl:
To serve, place the bowl ingredients in 1 bowl or plate.
Drizzle with oil and top with fresh ground pepper, sesame seeds and salt.
