Bell pepper flaky puff pastry

Ingredients
Flaky puff pastry:
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup maiz flour
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
1 tsp. white sesame seeds
Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Ingredients
Filling:
2 cups quark
2 green onion, finely shopped
2 garlic clove, finely shopped
1 tsp. italian spices
1 tsp. garlic powder
5 basil leaves
3 bell peppers, sliced
Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions
Flaky puff pastry:
Preheat oven to 170 C. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
Mix all of the pastry ingredientes until combine.
Place the dough in the sheet and press firmly.
Spread the sesame seeds on the border of the pastry. Set aside.
Instructions
Filling:
Combine all the filling ingredients (except the bell peppers and basil leaves) and place the filling in the pastry.
Spread the pieces of bell peppers and basil on the top of the filling.
Drizzle with oil and top with fresh ground pepper, sesame seeds and salt.
Bake for 40 minutes or until gold.
Serve right away and enjoy :)
