Raspberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients
Bowl:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup coconut milk
1 big sweet mandarin, juiced
1 tbsp. dark coconut blossom syrup
Toppings:
½ cup persimmon pieces
1 tsp. white sesame seeds
4 strawberry-rhubarb date balls
Instructions
1. Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.
2. Top with the persimmon pieces, sesame seeds, strawberry-rhubarb date balls, and additional toppings, as you like.
3. Top with sweetener as needed.
4. Serve right away.
