Psyllium fruit bowl

Ingredients
Bowl:
1/3 cup psyllium husk
1 cup blackberries
1 cup oat milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tbsp. cardamom powder
2 tbsp. agave syrup
1 tbsp. date syrup
Toppings:
Fresh fruits pieces: Cherries, maracuya, blueberries, currant
1 tbsp. date syrup
1 tsp. sesam seeds
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
1 tsp. edible flowers
Instructions
Combine the bowl ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.
Top with the fruit pieces, coconut flackes, edible flowers, date syrup, sesam seeds and additional toppings, as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
