Watermelon bowl

Ingredients
Bowl:
1 cup watermelon
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
Toppings:
Vanilla ice
1/2 cup coconut cubes
1/2 cup blueberries
Mint leaves
1 tsp popped quinoa
Instructions
Place the watermelon, strawberries and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.
Top with the coconut, mint, blueberries, ice, quinua and additional toppings as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
