Blue cheese Watermelon salad

Ingredients
400g chilled, cubed (2 cm), and seedless watermelon
80g blue cheese
1 cup walnut halves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp juiced lemon
1/3 cup white vinegar
12 mint fresh mint leaves, chopped
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Place the watermelon in a bowl and season with the lime juice and the vinegar.
Sauté walnut halves in the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix into the watermelon bowl (inclusive the oil).
Crumble the blue cheese and add to the bowl. Mix together and serve
