Multigrain bread

Ingredients
1/ cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 pumpkin seeds
1/4 pistachio seeds, chopped
1/4 golden flaxseeds
1/4 cup brown flaxseeds
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 flaxseed oil
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 coconut flour
3 cups water
1 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Line a 10cm x 20cm baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
Mixe all the dried ingredients in a bowl and slowgly add the wet ingredients until combine.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until firm.
