Banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups spelt flour
2 large eggs
6 overripe bananas
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup pecan nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. cloves powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Line a 10cm x 20cm baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
Pure 4 bananas into a medium bowl. Add butter, yogurt, vanilla extract, sugar, and eggs. Beat until combined.
Mix all the dried ingredients in a bowl and slowly add to the banana mixture until combine.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Place 2 bananas over the top of the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
