Millet flakes in wheatgrass

Ingredients
Bowl:
1 cup millet flakes
1 banana
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbs. wheatgrass
2 tbs. date syrup
Toppings:
2 halved figs
40 g walnuts
1 cup crunchy coconut chips
1 tbs. sesame seeds
Instructions
Rinse the millet under cold running water. Put it in a pan with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Cover the pan and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Place millet, banana, almond drink, syrup and wheatgrass in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 breakfast bowls.
Top with the figs, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds and additional toppings as you like.
Top with sweetener as needed.
Serve right away.
Good to know!
Soak the millet flakes overnight before cooking for a better digestion.
